New Owners

The Town and Country Nursing home was purchased by Somerset Long Term Care II on January 11, 2012 and renamed Town and Country Health Care Center. With a strong understanding of the health care field, Somerset is excited to have acquired their second nursing home in Massachusetts. Working in the field for over 25 years, Michele Carney, president and Administrator of the new Town and Country Health Care Center, is bringing her energy and passion for the health care arena to this special and unique nursing and rehabilitation facility.

"This is a wonderful time to be in health care and a special time to be able to provide health care to our frail and elderly neighbors," said Carney, upon acquiring the facility. "We are thrilled and honored to be working with such a wonderful staff, loving families and friends of the facility."
